Rigorous Teaching

The advantages and the rigor of the educational e-Learning Platform DynDevice:

  1. THE PLATFORM TECHNOLOGY
    The e-Learning system is based on a specially designed platform in order to deliver online courses and to manage the user community.

  2. NORMATIVE REFERENCES
    The training for workers on safety and health at work through the methodology of "e-Learning" is governed by the Agreement State-Regions of 21 December 2011. The Agreement defines the criteria and conditions that allow the use of this methodology and specifies which courses can be taken online and which not.

  3. E-LEARNING FEATURES
    The Agreement specifies that e-Learning uses the platform as a tool for creation of a learning dynamic course that allows the learner to participate in educational and training activities and inside a virtual community.

  4. THE DESIGN OF CONTENTS
    The quality and effectiveness of an e-Learning system depends on how the platform, the course and its contents are designed. You need to design a course that is able to communicate clearly and effectively to the user. When necessary, must be provided a prior verification of language comprehension (especially for foreign users) before they can access the course. During the course, the teacher must use a clear and understandable language; written content submitted must be easily readable; movies must explain clearly and understandable the examples which they are related to; documents should allow the user to increase the basic information provided by the course; Exams and tests must be designed with clearly questions so that they are easily understandable, appropriate and related to the content of the lessons. The questions must be exposed randomly to ensure the impossibility of proposing the same tests to different users and in case of failure by the user; the duration of the course must meet the law requirements; the time of the course fruition should be measurable in an effective way, showing how long does it take the user to inspect the various components of the course, without applying any "invented" coefficient (for example assuming that one hour of e-Learning is equivalent to two classroom hours).

  5. THE E-TUTOR
    The e-Learning didactic activity should always be assisted by an e-tutor helpful to the user to ensure the collection of observations, comments and specific needs assisting him in his training course. The reports of user learning activities in an electronic format allows the great advantage of making statistics and analysis on the progress of courses by e-tutors and teachers.

  6. RIGOROUS TEACHING
    It is essential that the e-Learning system is designed to provide the maximum educational rigor technically possible. Each didactic content of the course must be viewed completly by the user, to be taken for passed by the system. There must be provided questions and tests distributed along the course. The tests are considered passed only with the percentage of sufficiently (at least 80% correct answers) by the user. This control system can in no way be by-passed by the user. Where necessary for some types of courses, must be provided written exercises for the user that must be checked by the e-tutor before allowing the user the continuation or termination of the course.

  7. TECHNOLOGICAL INFRASTRUCTURE
    It is essential that the platform is stable in terms of software and support of IT infrastructure properly structured to support the user traffic and safe to ensure the protection of personal data processed. An e-Learning system should be stable even in case of peaks of users that you connect. It is therefore important that the technological infrastructure on which it based is well designed and assisted in server farm to ensure continuity of service 24 hours, with systems for back-up and recovery, supplementary and alternative connectivity in case of falling line or traffic peaks and data management systems.

  8. CONDITIONS FOR THE USE OF E-LEARNING
    The company, which uses an e-Learning system for the training of its workers must ensure:
    - to provide available and helpful equipments necessary to take the course;
    - that the course is taken during office hours;
    - that only the registered user in going to take the course.

  9. THE CONTROL OF TEACHING ACTIVITIES
    An e-Learning system properly designed allows the possibility for a supervisor to make on-line verifications for each user. The administrator of the courses must be able to check anytime the state of training of the users, accessing to "LOG" data of the user or the number of times he has logged in the educational system, with date, time and duration of the connections; courses, teaching units and individual parts of the course taken with the data to assess the effectiveness of the course played. The duration of the training must be validated by the course tutor.
